Return & Refund Policy

At Ineezy, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • A complete, unedited, and continuous unboxing video — recorded from the moment the package is opened — is mandatory to validate any return or refund request.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at support@ineezy.in with your order number, clear photographs and video showing the issue, and a brief explanation for the return.

Return shipping fee: ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • The returned product must pass our quality inspection.
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

All requests must be supported by a clear, unedited unboxing video. Returns due to personal preference or change of mind are not eligible.

Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and ₹100 return shipping will be deducted.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items.
  • Used products or those without original packaging/tags.
  • Returns without required documentation or unboxing video.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before shipping.
  • Once dispatched or in transit, orders cannot be cancelled.
